This policy covers ibysolutions.com, operated by IBY Solutions LLC in Miami, Florida. If you have any question this page does not answer, email iby@isaacbenyakar.com and a real person answers.

What gets collected

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, company name, and your message. Alongside it we record the page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad, the standard campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) so we know which ad brought you.

One thing most sites do not tell you: if you start typing into a form and leave without pressing send, the contact details you already entered may still be saved. We built that feature and we sell it, so we disclose it plainly. If you type your email into a form here, assume we received it.

What it gets used for

One thing only: responding to your inquiry and running the conversation you started. Your details go into our own customer system so your message does not get lost. We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. No exceptions. Two things do leave our own systems, and both are spelled out below: what we tell Meta when you submit a form after clicking an ad, which is scrambled first and never readable, and what Google Analytics records about your visit.

How the site measures itself

We record how the site gets used so we can tell which pages earn work and which ones lose people: pages viewed, where you arrived from, what you clicked, how far you scrolled, how long you actively spent, and whether you started or sent a form. We also collect page speed measurements from real visits.

We never record what you type into a form field, only that you started filling one in. In our own system your browser is given a random identifier that means nothing off this domain, and your IP address is never stored there: it is converted into a scrambled value that changes every day, purely so we can count a visitor once. That data goes to our own system and to Vercel, who host this site and process it for us. It is not sold or rented. Google Analytics, described below, is a separate arrangement and Google does receive data about your visit.

If you send us a form after clicking an ad

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you submit a form, we tell Meta that a lead happened so we can see which ads actually produce work. Your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible scrambled value on our server before anything is sent, so Meta receives a fingerprint it can compare against its own records, never a readable email or phone from us. We also pass the ad click identifier from the link you arrived on, your browser type, and your approximate location, which is how the match is made.

This happens only when you actually submit a form. Browsing the site sends Meta nothing. If you would rather this did not happen, email iby@isaacbenyakar.com and it will be removed.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it. It records the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you are on, and what you click. It sets cookies in your browser to recognize you as the same visitor between pages and on a later visit.

If you are in the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland, those cookies are switched off unless you allow them, and Google receives only anonymous counts with nothing stored on your device. Your IP address is shortened before Google records it. You can block all of it with any tracker-blocking extension, or with your browser's own protection, and the site works exactly the same.

What this site does not do

There is no advertising pixel that follows you around the internet, no ad network embedded in these pages, and nothing here that tries to identify you by name. Besides the Google Analytics cookies described above, the site keeps a small amount of storage in your own browser: a random visitor and session identifier for the measurement above, and two flags recording whether you have seen the welcome screen and whether a form was already captured. Clearing your browser storage erases all of it.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are forwarded over an encrypted connection to our customer relationship system, hosted with established cloud providers in the United States. Access is limited to the operator. We keep inquiries for as long as the business relationship is live or the law requires.

Your choices

Email iby@isaacbenyakar.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires keeping a record. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU, UK, or California), those rights apply and the same inbox handles them.

Children

This site sells business software services and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a plain note here, not a silent edit.
